Origins System
A core feature of Doodle Empires is the ability to track the cultural and historical origins of each nation as they split and evolve over time.
How to Play Doodle Empires
Create your first nation by selecting a border color and typing up a name
Draw the borders of your new nation onto the map, while paying attention to your drawing power
Click a nation to open the nation inspector, and hit the select button
Draw a new card to alter the selected nation further
Repeat the process to build your world
Card Types
Expand
There are three expand card types: small, medium and large expand, allowing you to grow nation borders
Expanding into unclaimed territory will be much cheaper than expanding into other nations' land
Split
Regular split and small split cards let you carve out a new nation from a portion of the selected nation
Union
The union card allows your selected nation to fully annex another nation as part of a royal union or treaty
New Nation
Create a new nation just as you did at the start of the game, which will allow you to make a new Origin Group
